Frequently Asked Questions

While most medical, dental, and vision elections will carry over into the new plan year, we strongly recommend logging in to review updated contribution rates and confirm your listed beneficiaries. Additionally, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) do not roll over—you must actively enter a new annual pledge to participate in 2027.

Open Enrollment is the one time during the year you can add or remove dependents without experiencing a Qualifying Life Event (like marriage or birth of a child). You will need to upload supporting documentation—such as a marriage certificate or birth certificate—directly into the portal during your enrollment session.

Our Benefits Coordinators are offering 15-minute 1-on-1 virtual sessions throughout the open enrollment period. You can reserve a spot directly via the “Coordinators” link in the portal menu or call the Direct Support hotline during standard business hours.
