At Monochrome Health, we believe that taking time away from work is essential for long-term health, creativity, and overall well-being. Whether you are taking a well-deserved vacation, recovering from an illness, or supporting a family member through a major life milestone, our leave policies are designed to offer flexibility and peace of mind.
All full-time and eligible part-time team members accrue paid time off automatically starting on their first day of employment. Time off requests and balance tracking are managed directly through the Workday portal, allowing you to plan ahead seamlessly alongside your team and manager.
